What are the arrival and departure times?

Key collection is from 4 PM until 7:30 PM. If you expect to arrive after 7:30 PM, please inform us of your estimated arrival time so we can make the best arrangements for your check-in.

Upon your departure, key return is at 11 AM at the latest. It is possible to walk around the estate outside of check-in and check-out hours.

Is it possible to come by train?

You can definitely come by train, to find out more, go to our page Contact & access.

What do I have in my bag?

You don't need much, the essentials are in your cabin!

We recommend that you pack in your (small) bag:

- Clothes adapted to the season

- Slippers for maximum comfort

- Of flip flops to access your Nordic bath

- A laptop to capture your wonderful moments

- A swimsuit for the cabins with Nordic bath

Towels, sheets, shower gel, shampoo, coffee and tea are provided.

How to give an overnight stay in the form of a gift voucher?

Go to the page GIFT VOUCHERS, select the gift voucher of your choice and follow the steps. You will be able to receive quickly your gift voucher ready to give and valid for 3 years.

What are the payment methods?

When booking on our website, you can choose from:

- Instant and secure payment by bank card

- One payment by Check or vacation vouchers

- One bank transfer (any transfer fees will be at your expense)

- A payment with a gift voucher code.

Payment must be recorded within 15 days of making the reservation.. If this is not the case, the reservation will unfortunately be cancelled.

We ask you to pay for your entire stay before your arrival in order to validate your reservation.

How do I make a reservation?

To make a reservation, go to the “BOOK” button at the top right of your screen then choose a cabin and your dates of stay. Our availability calendar is always up to date. You can also book your stay from the page of each cabin.

Am I safe?

The estate is a protected wilderness, with animals and insects. The cabins welcome you safely, to make the most of them. In case of emergency, you can contact us 24 hours a day via an on-call number that will be sent to you before your stay.

I am pregnant, can I come to a cabin and enjoy the Nordic bath?

It may not be recommended to access some cabins when you are pregnant. To do this, do not hesitate to contact us so that our team can best advise you. La Bathing in the Nordic baths is unfortunately strongly discouraged for pregnant women due to the temperature of the baths.

It is not allowed to have barbecues or fires on the estate. It is also Forbidden to use any other flame-burning object than the equipment we provide you with. Thanks in advance for your understanding!

Can I bring a baby?

Babies are permitted in all cabins except the Observatory and Forest & Spa Cabins 1, 2, 3.

What is the temperature of the hot tub?

The temperature of the hot tub is included between 35 and 40°. In fact, the temperature of the baths can vary according to the seasons in order to guarantee you the most comfortable swim.

How do I use the Nordic bath?

The heated Nordic bath works automatically, it will already be hot when you arrive.

Who can't swim in the hot tub?

- La baignade dans les bains nordiques est malheureusement fortement déconseillée aux femmes enceintes en raison de la température des bains.

- Enfants de moins de 6 ans : La baignade des enfants dans le bain nordique est sous l’entière responsabilité de leurs parents ou accompagnants. Nous déconseillons la baignade aux enfants de moins de 6 ans en raison de la température des bains nordiques.

How is hot tub water treated?

Our Nordic baths offered by Altipure are equipped with the innovative Ultra Bio Ozone technology. Thanks to their ecological treatment and filtration system, we do not use no chemical which is better for your health and the environment.

Are animals allowed?

Some cabins are dog-friendly for an additional €25 per night, payable on site.

Are the cabins heated?

One electric heating is available in all cabins. Bring clothes adapted to seasonal temperatures, and slippers!

How do you put luggage in the cabins?

The rope by which we deliver the packed lunches also makes it possible to Assemble your luggage. That's why you need to charge them as little as possible.

Is there a wifi connection?

The cabins are not equipped with wifi. It's time to disconnect and give yourself a moment out of time to escape from your daily routine.

Is there an electric charging station on site?

Yes, we have 3 electric charging stations. The cost is €10 per charge.

Do you have a map of the estate?

Yes, we have a map that allows you to see How are the huts perched in the trees on the estate distributed. It also indicates thereception area, the restaurant La Verrière, and the massage rooms. You can find out about it on The page Domain map.

Are the huts close to each other?

All the cabins were designed without being overlooked from one another.

They are located in the heart of a natural, wild, and wooded area. When moving around and taking walks, please respect the tranquility of the site and the areas dedicated to golf. Upon your arrival, we will provide you with a map showing the paths and walking trails.

Is it possible to park on the estate?

We have a free parking at the entrance of the domain, on which we invite you to park. Car traffic is not allowed within the grounds of the estate, but your cabin is accessible on foot or by electric cart with our team if necessary.

Is breakfast included?

Sweet breakfast is always included in our cabin rates. A savory option is also available (additional charge applies).

Can we bring our own food?

You can indeed bring a cold meal to enjoy in your cabin.
