At Cabanes Nids des Vosges, we offer gift vouchers for stays of 1 or 2 nights in a Duo or Family cabin, with or without a Spa. Breakfast is included in our rates.
There are many occasions throughout the year to give (or receive!) a gift voucher : Valentine's Day, birthdays, farewell parties, births, retirements, Christmas and New Year celebrations... A nature getaway close to home is always a great idea!

Gift vouchers and cards ordered on our website are valid for 3 years and usable in the other areas of Coucoo Cabanes (see the validity conditions in the questions).

What do the gift voucher prices correspond to?
The rates correspond to our rates in high season (July/August). Depending on the date and the cabin booked, the beneficiary will be able to benefit from a credit remaining on his gift voucher. This positive balance will allow him to add an additional service to his reservation or he can choose to keep it for a new stay.
What is the validity of gift vouchers?
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, as indicated on the pdf gift voucher or order confirmation e-mail. Even in the event of a price increase, no additional payment will be requested from the recipient within 3 years of the purchase of the gift voucher. After 3 years, unfortunately, the vouchers are no longer valid.
Are gift vouchers refundable?
A withdrawal period of 14 days depending on the date of order, your gift voucher is granted regardless of the method of payment, only if the gift voucher has not already been used to book a stay. Beyond these 14 days, no refund will be possible.
How do I use my gift voucher?
They can be used any day the Cabanes Nids des Vosges domain is open, or at any other Coucoo Cabanes domain, and are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Simply enter your gift voucher code in the designated field on your reservation page. If used for a different cabin category than the one offered, or at a domain other than Cabanes Nids des Vosges, a price difference may apply. This is because prices vary from one domain to another for a similar cabin category. We advise you to inform the gift voucher recipient to book their cabin in advance, especially for weekend dates.
The recipient can change the cabin category of their gift voucher, and depending on the choice, may have a remaining credit to use or an additional amount to pay.
How do I pay for my gift voucher?
You can pay for your gift voucher in several ways:
- On our website by credit card: your gift voucher is active immediately after your payment and will be sent to you according to the shipping method chosen.
- By check, holiday vouchers or bank transfer by checking the corresponding box on the payment page of your order: your gift voucher will be activated when we have received your payment (transfer or sending of the check (s) by post with A/R) and will then be sent to you according to the shipping method chosen.

How do I leave a message to the recipient of my gift voucher?
If you have chosen to receive it by email, you will have theThe possibility to leave a message on the payment page for your order that will appear on the gift voucher PDF. If you have chosen to receive it by mail, you can write a message directly on the wooden gift card before giving it as a gift.

How do I get my gift voucher?
The gift voucher or gift certificate is always sent to the buyer's contact details via two delivery options:
- By email, instantly after ordering, by printing the gift voucher PDF at home (please check your spam folder).
- By post, within approximately 4 business days, by purchasing the ready-to-give wooden gift card for €10 (shipping included).
How do I give a gift voucher?
- Select the cabin category you want to give as a gift (the beneficiary will be able to book the cabin of his choice in this category).
- Add any services of your choice (aperitif, dinners...). Breakfast is already included.
- Provide your contact details and those of the lucky beneficiary (we never contact the beneficiary directly).
- Pay for your order.
- Receive your gift voucher according to the method chosen.
